Translate Wim Hazeu's M.C. Escher Biography to English

It is almost ridiculous that there is an M.C. Escher biography, but unless you are Dutch, you can't read it. This seems like a lost opportunity both in the spreading of knowledge, and financially for the publishers. Does anyone have any ideas for how we can get this book translated and/or published in English?
